We often think stress is the problem, something to reduce or avoid. But stress is a natural part of ambition, growth and doing meaningful things.
This workshop is built around immersive, practical experiences to improve your system. From guided techniques to regain control in moments of pressure, to neuroscience researched breathwork that trains your system to be less easily overwhelmed in the first place.
You’ll leave with a personalised plan you can use immediately and effective enough to make a real difference.
Hosted by Chevy Rough and Charles Oxley, co-founders of Reservoir. Together, they offer two decades of coaching experience for high-performing individuals navigating pressure, change and burnout. Their work has been delivered inside organisations including Spotify and DeepMind, complemented by years spent at the sharp end of elite performance.
